Everyone experiences stress, including Atlanta residents, and spa treatments are among the best ways to relieve that stress in a natural, healing way. Even if you don’t feel consciously stressed all the time, you might very well be carrying that subconscious stress in your body anyway—tight shoulders, a cramped neck, or otherwise.
This kind of persistent tension can wear down your energy, focus, and more over time if it’s left unaddressed. That’s why massage therapy is such a powerful antidote. At ATL Body Works, we strive to relax your mind and empower your body for whatever you plan to do next.
I’m Kala Evans, our founder and leader. I’m a licensed massage therapist in the state of Georgia with over a decade of professional experience. Having graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage, I now provide top-notch stress relief to Atlanta residents every day—and I mean everyone. ATL Body Works is proud to serve our own neighbors, celebrities, and athletes alike with the same individual attention and commitment to high-quality massage. A cursory glance through our website’s testimonials will reveal both your next-door neighbors and high-profile celebrities who have benefited from my massages.

Currently, I continue to train under Aachan Anthony James as a CPT-2 SomaVeda Thai Yoga Practitioner. In addition, I’m progressing towards receiving my Thai Yoga teaching and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor certifications.
What does that mean for you, the client? It means that ATL Body Works proudly provides a variety of massage services, all at the highest possible quality. From therapeutic massage sessions to soothing, exfoliating body treatments to Thai Yoga to non-invasive body-sculpting, I want to fully align your mind and body to relieve your stress and strengthen your motivation for the future.
But don’t take my word for it! Consider some of the feedback I’ve received from my clients, including those who are medical professionals themselves.
“Being a chiropractor, I am very picky about massage therapists because I have had several over the years,” Dr. Lorod, B.S., D.C. says. “Kala’s weekly massages helped to flush out the toxins and helped to lower my blood pressure back to normal after having toxemia. I am forever grateful!”
“Kala provided the absolute best massage I have ever had,” Mary Brock agrees. “She relieved ‘walking in heels’ hip stress, and I felt 100% better when I walked out of her therapy.”
Especially in 2020, which has been a stressful start to the new decade for many, you deserve to feel your best in your own skin. I would be thrilled to help you shed lingering stress in favor of increased confidence. But first, I’ll have to put your name on my list!
